Wild Rift News June 2023

Welcome to Wild Rift News June! This month we’re still in the midst of our Playhem update, but wanted to check in and talk about some of the content that’s coming during June and July! How are you enjoying this update? Have you found a new marksman build? Or maybe a new favorite marksman? Have you tried out Ornn and Volibear? Reached the top of the leaderboard in the new event? Let us know! But for now, let's hop into the updates!

SPACE GROOVE

It’s time to get up and groove to that cosmic beat! During Patch 4.2b on July 8 at 00:01 UTC, you’ll be able to grab Space Groove Lulu, Space Groove Nasus, and Space Groove Blitzcrank from the shop! We hope you love these groooovy new threads!

SHAN HAI SCROLLS PROMOTION

This month during Patch 4.2a we’ll be launching a new promotion along with the release of the Shan Hai Scrolls skins! You’ll be able to pick up Shan Hai Scrolls Jhin, Nautilus, and Volibear from the store, but you can also obtain them from the promotion! For 400 Wild Cores, you’ll be able to purchase a chest where you have a chance to obtain the following:

BATTLE CAT JINX PROMOTION

We’ll also have another promotion for Prestige Battle Cat Jinx during the Patch 4.2a cycle! You’ll be able to pick up Battle Bunny Miss Fortune and Battle Cat Jinx from the store, but you can also obtain them from the promotion! For 500 Wild Cores, you’ll be able to purchase a chest where you have the chance to obtain the following:

ULTRA RAPID FIRE (URF) MODE

It’s time to start stretching those thumbs, because Ultra Rapid Fire Mode (URF) is coming back! Starting on June 15 at 00:01 UTC until June 19 at 00:01 UTC you’ll be able to queue and spam your spells in this fast paced game mode!

PRIDE REWARDS

During our Pride event we encountered an error where some players were not rewarded their homeguard trail from the event. We have found a fix and it will be rolling out to players over the next few days.
