CHAMPION CHANGES
ASHE
The recent item changes have worked well in Ashe’s favor. These adjustments will make sure she's still in line with other Marksmen.
Ranger's Focus
- Attack Speed increase: 30/40/50/60%→ 25/35/45/55%
- Arrow Barrage Damage: 120/125/130/135% Attack Damage → 115/120/125/130% Attack Damage
EKKO
For someone who’s able to manipulate time, you would think Ekko would be able to clear Jungle camps faster. We’re speeding it up for him to give him more time to spend helping out his Lanes.
Z-DRIVE RESONANCE
- Damage to monsters: 140% → 155%
TIMEWINDER
- Initial Damage: 70/90/110/130 + 30% Ability Power → 85/105/125/145 + 30% Ability Power
- Returning Damage: 50/85/120/155 + 60% Ability Power → 65/100/135/170 + 60% Ability Power
CHRONOBREAK
- Health Regen: 100/150/200+50% Ability Power → 150/200/250+50% Ability Power
KINDRED
Delivering death no matter what stage of the game, Kindred has been tumbling through their enemies like it’s nothing. We’re tweaking their numbers to keep them consistent with their fellow Junglers.

- Base Attack Damage: 66 → 62
- Attack Damage per level: 4 → 3
DANCE OF ARROWS
- Attack Speed increase: 35% + 5% Mark of the Kindred → 20% + 3% Mark of the Kindred
LAMB'S RESPITE
- Allies Heal: 200/275/350 → 150/200/250
- Self Heal: 100/125/150 → 50/50/50
LILLIA
Lillia is a champion that excels at flexibility and mobility. However, her recent performance has been underwhelming. We’re tweaking her numbers to make sure she can stand her ground, especially in early skirmishes.

- Movement Speed: 3/4/5/6% + 0.02% Ability Power → 4.5/5.5/6.5/7.5% + 0.02% Ability Power

How can we expect Olaf to rush through enemy formation when he can’t survive the initial onslaught of damage? These changes will make sure he’s less a glass cannon and more a tough-as-steel warrior.

- Maximum Attack Speed: 60% ~ 100% → 70% ~ 110%
- Maximum Physical Vamp: 10% ~ 25%→ 15% ~ 30%
Vicious Strikes
- Shield: 35/70/105/140 + 13% missing Health → 35/70/105/140 + 15% missing Health
Ragnarok
- Armor and Magic Resist: 10/20/30 → 25/35/45
SAMIRA
After the last patch, Samira has stepped up against her enemies considerably. We’re tweaking her numbers slightly to make sure she doesn’t snowball out of control if she is to gain an early advantage.

- Base Attack Damage: 64 → 62
FLAIR
- Damage: 20/25/30/35 + 95/110/125/140% Attack Damage → 15/20/25/30 + 90/105/120/135% Attack Damage
INFERNO TRIGGER
- Damage: 5/20/35 + 60% Attack Damage → 5/15/25 + 50% Attack Damage
TWITCH
Twitch is quite strong in the mid-to-late game which can lead to him snowballing out of control, making him difficult to counter. We’re tweaking his numbers slightly so his opponents have more ways to fight back when Twitch gets ahead.

- Armor per level: 4 → 3.5
- Growth magic resistance: 1 → 0.5
CONTAMINATE
- Base Damage: 30/40/50/60 → 25/35/45/55

Yasuo’s blade has felt more like a gentle breeze these days. These changes will hopefully remind his enemies of the true power of his sword.
