Long we have awaited, Mordekaiser has arrived on to the Hexrift! Brace yourself because it’s gonna get bumpy. We have new event, new skins, and our regularly scheduled balance updates. Welcome to Patch 5.2b!

NEW

NEW CHAMPIONS

MORDEKAISER, THE IRON REVENANT

Twice slain and thrice born, Mordekaiser is a brutal warlord from a foregone epoch, who uses his necromantic sorcery to bind souls into an eternity of servitude. Few now remain who remember his earlier conquests, or know the true extent of his powers—but there are some ancient souls that do, and they fear the day when he may return to claim dominion over both the living and the dead.

Mordekaiser will be released on August 23 at 00:01 UTC.

AHRI

Ahri hasn’t been keeping up with her opponents so we are boosting her damage.

Orb of Deception

  • Damage: 35/70/105/140 + 35% Ability Power → 40/75/110/145 + 40% Ability Power 

  • True Damage: 35/70/105/140 + 35% Ability Power  → 40/75/110/145 + 40% Ability Power

Fox-Fire

  • Cooldown: 9/8/7/6s  → 8/7/6/5s

  • Damage: 40/75/110/145+30% Ability Power → 45/80/115/150+35% Ability Power

LISSANDRA

Lissandra is a well rounded champion with strong CC, great mobility and a ton of damage to boot. We’re adjusting her numbers to make sure she's not snowballing into a monster.

Ice Shard

  • Damage: 70/110/150/190 + 75% Ability Power → 70/110/150/190 + 70% Ability Power

Ring of Frost

  • Damage: 65/110/155/200+60% Ability Power → 55/100/145/190 + 55% Ability Power

CAMILLE

Camille has not been performing well lately. We’re buffing her damage and sustainability so she can better confront her enemies.

Precision Protocol

  • Empowered basic attack: 120/130/140/150% Attack Damage  → 130/140/150/160% Attack Damage

Tactical Sweep

  • Mana consumption: 50/55/60/65  → full level 50

  • Damage: 90/120/150/180 + 110% bonus Attack Damage + target’s Maximum Health 4/6/8/10% â†’ 100/130/160/190 + 110% bonus Attack Damage  + target’s Maximum Health 4/6/8/10%

  • Health regeneration with on-hit by outer half: 40% → 50%

JHIN

Compared to other marksmen, Jhin isn’t pumping out enough damage to keep up. We’re making sure every one of his bullets will strike true.

Whisper

  • Bonus Attack Damage: (25% of bonus Attack Speed + 40% of Crit Rate+ 4.5% of Champion Level)*Attack Damage â†’ (30% of bonus Attack Speed + 45% of Crit Rate+ 4.5% of Champion Level)*Attack Damage 

  • Attack speed boosted by Crit rate: 15% + 0.4% for every 1% bonus attack speed → 15% + 0.55% for every 1% bonus attack speed

Curtain Call

  • Damage: 50/125/200 + 25% Attack Damage → 75/150/225 + 25% Attack Damage

SIVIR

Sivir is built for teamfighting so we are boosting her damage, especially in late phases of the game to make sure she’s excelling in her specialty.

Base Stats

  • Attack Damage per Level: 3  → 3.5

Ricochet

  • Damage: 8/10/12/14 + 15/17/19/21% Attack Damage → 8/10/12/14 + 17/20/23/26% Attack Damage

RAKAN

Rakan is a great offensive support but his long cooldown can feel restrictive and punishing. We’re giving him shorter cooldowns to give him more opportunities to engage. 

Grand Entrance

  • Cooldown: 18/17/16/15s → 16/14.5/13/11.5s

Battle Dance

  • Cooldown: 20/18/16/14s → 18/16/14/12s

INFINITY EDGE

Infinity Edge as the hallmark of attack items will now give more Attack Damage. 

Attribute: 

  • Attack Damage: 55 → 60

BATTLEFIELD CHANGES

T-HEX MECHA

We’re speeding up the time to activate the T-Hex Mecha so it can keep up with your teammates. We’re also prolonging the time of Homeguard so it can arrive to fights in style. 

Mechanism adjustment

  • 10s → 7s to activate T-Hex Mecha after taking down Baron 

  • Longer homeguard duration after activation
