Hi again! Josh “Nextdoor” Menke here again with more information about matchmaking. We have several improvements coming over Patches 2.5 and 2.6, but we also wanted to reveal more about how the system works today to help answer some of your top questions.
Before we talk about how players get put into teams, we have to talk about one of the more important factors we consider when we create matches—how we measure skill. So, let’s start with MMR.
