Ranked Rewards Update
On the morning of March 15, many of you reported that the Ranked Rewards screen had disappeared from the landing page and from the Ranked tab. We discovered that due to a misconfiguration, the Season Rewards track had set to end earlier than intended. Unfortunately, as we looked further into the root of the issue, we were unable to restore lost Ranked Rewards progression for these players.
Anyone who logged in and saw the Ranked Rewards track disappear (roughly between March 15 08:00 PT to March 15 21:00 PT) has been impacted. Players who didn’t log in during these hours will continue progression as normal.
All rank gains and losses, as well as any owned Ranked Coins, are unaffected, but Ranked Rewards progress may have been disrupted.
So, here’s what we’re doing to get everyone back on track:
- All Ranked Rewards progress for affected players (see above) will be reset.
- Affected players can then start earning rewards on the track again. Ranked Coins can be earned as normal. Any duplicates of content unlocked prior to the reset will be converted to Poro Coins, where possible.
- At the end of the season, affected players will also receive the rewards from the next three milestones achieved before the reset—for instance, if you climbed to level 8 on the Ranked Rewards track earlier this week, we will also grant the rewards from levels 9, 10, and 11. If you climbed PAST the milestone you reached before, we’ll still credit the same 3 levels worth of Ranked Coins, and convert content to Poro Coins, where possible.
- We will also be issuing a one-time grant of Ranked Coins equivalent to the daily cap.
This was an unusual situation and we’re sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused during your end-of-season climb. We hope this gesture can make up for the lost progress, and that you’re geared up for the next Ranked season, along with Glorious Crimson Evelynn, coming later this month!
