ZILEAN, THE CHRONOKEEPER
Once a member of Icathia’s governing council, Zilean is a prodigious elemental mage who seeks mastery over time itself. After using his powers in an attempt to save his people from the Void, he now drifts through the past, present, and future, bending and warping the flow of time around him. Zilean has traveled from Runeterra’s mysterious creation, all the way to its seemingly inevitable ending, searching tirelessly for any strand of fate that might undo his homeland’s destruction.

ADVENTURE MODES
How is your journey in the stars going? We hope you’ve been taking a moment to stop and take it all in. While there’s a whole galaxy out there, there is always room for more stars. So, this patch we’re adding One For All and URF to the Adventure Star. Queue up with your friends to earn rewards and have fun.
CHAMPION CHANGES
Welcome to Patch 6.1d! In this patch we have our Ambessa rework as well as a mini one for Fiora. Additionally, we’re continuing to keep an eye on the jungle and want to give a few more champions some buffs to help them be more viable picks, like Darius and Jax. Additionally we know that some of our other junglers have been struggling to keep up, so we’re also giving a handful of buffs to Nunu & Willump, Fiddlesticks, Pantheon, and Diana. With Fiddlesticks and Nunu & Willump getting some attention this patch, keep an extra eye out for a scarecrow in the bush or the wild snowball gank. To round things out, we’ve also got a few buffs for some mid laners and dragon laners who needed an extra boost, and we’re nerfing some of the champions that have been doing scary amounts of damage (looking at you, Nocturne; you’re scary enough as is).

AMBESSA
In the current patch, Ambessa’s late-game cleanup and passive damage exceed reasonable counterplay, drifting off from her core design of precise positioning to trigger her passive. We're removing her passive refresh mechanic and shifting part of the damage into her first ability’s burst for better fight rhythm, while adding armor penetration and ability vamp to balance the tradeoff, plus her second ability gains new outplay depth.

FIORA
En Garde! We’ve reworked the Duelist’s weak spot mechanic to allow frequent weak spot hits in late-game teamfights. The passive now marks enemies’ vital points more quickly, and the ultimate removes the activation delay— now Fiora is able to break vital points immediately. The movement speed of Lunge also now scales with move speed, increasing flexibility after multiple vital hits. The range for targeting vitals has been increased, and you can now select neutral temporary targets.

Duelist's Dance
[Adjustment] Reveals and marks Vitals on nearby enemy champions for: 1.75s → 2s

SYSTEM CHANGES
Turrets
Outer turret and inner turret now have additional armor and magic resist, which will take effect in the first 3/6 minutes of the game respectively. Then Gradually decay as the game progresses.
Outer turret: Gain additional armor and magic resist that decays from 300 to 0 over 3 minutes.
Inner turret: Gain additional armor and magic resist that decays from 600 to 0 over 6 minutes.
