Champion changes, item changes, new events, we got it all!
CHAMPION CHANGES
TALON
[HOTFIX] Talon has not been the all-star assassin we have anticipated with his release. These changes will allow him to deal more damage while retaining his flexible playstyle.
BASE STATS
- Base Health: 630 → 660
BLADE'S END
- Damage: 75~215 + 200% bonus Attack Damage → 80~280 + 210% bonus Attack Damage
NOXIAN DIPLOMACY
- Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5s → 6/5.5/5/4.5s
- Damage of the long-range-cast:65/90/115/140 + 100% bonus Attack Damage → 95/120/145/170 + 100% bonus Attack Damage
RAKE
- Outgoing Damage: 50/60/70/80 + 40% bonus Attack Damage → 60/70/80/90 + 50% bonus Attack Damage
- Returning Damage: 50/90/130/170 + 80% bonus Attack Damage → 60/100/140/180 + 90% bonus Attack Damage
AKALI
Akali has been our resident glass cannon assassin but she’s been a bit too fragile recently. We’re making her just a little tankier so she doesn’t have to perform the perfect combo to get a kill and live. She will also do more damage in the mid game where she tends to struggle.

- Armor per level: 4.3 → 5
ASSASSIN'S MARK
- Empowered base attack damage: 20 + 8 per level + 60% bonus Attack Damage + 50% Ability Power → 25 + 10 per level + 60% bonus Attack Damage + 55% Ability Power
AURELION SOL
Our favorite Dragon in the Mid Lane has been bursting tanks way faster than he should be. Now he’s gonna need some more Stardust to do that kind of damage.
COSMIC CREATOR
- Bonus damage of Breath of Light: 3% of target’s maximum Health every 100 Stardust → 2.5% of target’s maximum Health every 100 Stardust
- Threshold of execution of (3) Singularity: 5% + 2.6% for every 100 Stardust → 5% + 2.1% for every 100 Stardust
SINGULARITY
- Damage per second: 20/27.5/35/42.5 + 25% Ability Power → 20/27.5/35/42.5 + 15% Ability Power
DR. MUNDO
The new items that have come out recently fit Dr. Mundo well… maybe a little too well. We’re adjusting his numbers some so he’s not running rampant across the Rift.
HEART ZAPPER
- Detonation damage: 20/40/60/80 + 7% bonus Health → 20/40/60/80 + 5% bonus Health
BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA
- Empowered base attack damage: 5/20/35/50 + 7% bonus Health → 5/20/35/50 + 5% bonus Health
GRAGAS
Gragas has been needing a little boost in the jungle. Now he will be able to body slam his way through the jungle and lanes alike.
Drunken Rage
- Empowered base attack damage: 20/60/100/140+75% Ability Power → 20/60/100/140 + 90% Ability Power
Body Slam
- Damage: 80/145/210/275 + 70% Ability Power → 80/145/210/275 + 80% Ability Power
Explosive Cask
- Damage: 200/300/400 + 70% Ability Power → 200/300/400 + 80% Ability Power
Karma
Karma is a breeze in my hair on the weekend, Karma is a relaxing thought… and she’s also doing too much damage early game. We’re adjusting her burst damage so there will be options for outplays as she has to kite for more damage with a lower cooldown on her shield.
INNER FLAME
- Damage: 70/110/150/190 + 40% Ability Power → 60/100/140/180 + 40% Ability Power
- Empowered damage: 70/150/230/310 + 50% Ability Power → 65/140/215/290 + 50% Ability Power
- Empowered slow down: full level 50% → 42.5/45/47.5/50%
INSPIRE
- Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5s → 10/9/8/7s
KATARINA
We’ve tweaked Katarina’s numbers around so she has more opportunities for outplays in the early-to-mid game while also improving her burst damage.
BASE STATS
- Base Health: 570 → 600
SHUNPO
- Damage: 15/35/55/75 + 50% Attack Damage + 25% Ability Power → 20/45/70/95 + 50% Attack Damage + 25% Ability Power
LUCIAN
Lucian has been falling off in the mid-to-late game. This change should allow him to apply marks more often and trigger his passive more often, leading to smoother and more impactful gameplay.
ARDENT BLAZE
- Cooldown: 13/12/11/10s → 13/11.5/10/8.5s
- Damage: 75/120/165/210 + 90% Ability Power → 75/125/175/225 + 90% Ability Power
Renekton
Renekton has also not been performing the best in mid-to-late game. We’re buffing his Ultimate so he can leave his opponents in the dust faster than you can say see ya later alligator. (Just kidding we know he’s a crocodile).
DOMINUS
- Bonus Health: 300/525/750 → 300/575/850
- Damage per second: 70/110/150 + 20% Ability Power → 70/120/170 + 20% Ability Power
SAMIRA
As a marksman, Samira is underperforming, especially against tanks in teamfights. We’re tweaking her ultimate numbers some so she can make a dent in a sea of Heartsteels and Titanic Hydras.
INFERNO TRIGGER
- Movement Speed reduction: 40% → 30%
- Damage of per shot: 5/15/25 + 55% Attack Damage → 5/20/35 + 60% Attack Damage
SETT
Sett is another one of our darlings in the Baron Lane that has been absolutely dominating with the new items. He is also getting some tweaks so his opponents can keep up with his jabs.
HAYMAKER
- Max Grit stored: 50% maximum Health → 45% maximum Health
THE SHOW STOPPER
- Damage: 200/300/400 + 100% bonus Attack Damage + 40/50/60% bonus Health of target → 200/300/400 + 100% bonus Attack Damage + 35/45/55% bonus Health of target
TRYNDAMERE
Tryndamere has been having a hard time against the other tanky Baron Laners. Now he will be able to survive better in lane and deal more damage.
Bloodlust
- Passive: Attack Damage increased: 5/10/15/20 → 10/15/20/25
- Bonus health regeneration by every stack of Fury: 1/1.6/2.2/2.8 + 1.2% Ability Power → 1.5/2.1/2.7/3.3 + 1.2% Ability Power
URGOT
A little buff to Urgot’s late-game damage is just what he needs! Now he and his legs can carry you to victory even easier.
ECHOING FLAMES
- Damage: 50/60/70/80% Attack Damage + 2/3/4/5% maximum Health of target → 50/65/80/95% Attack Damage + 2/3.5/5/6.5% maximum Health of target (increase at level 1/5/9/13)
- Cooldown: Every leg 15/10/5/2.5s → Every leg 15/8/4/2s
PURGE
- Movement Speed slow down: 125 → 125/110/95/80
