CHAMPION CHANGES
KINDRED
[HOTFIX] Kindred has tumbled onto the Rift and been delivering death in both Lanes and Jungle alike, dominating in games. We’re dialing back their early damage so their opponents are able to fight back.
BASE STATS
- Base Attack Damage: 70 → 66
- Base Armor: 40 → 37
- Base Health: 630 → 600
DANCE OF ARROWS
- Damage: 65/90/115/140 + 70% bonus Attack Damage → 50/75/100/125 + 70% bonus Attack Damage
MOUNTING DREAD
- Damage of Wolf’s Pounce: 80/105/130/155 + 70% bonus Attack Damage + target (8 + 1* stack(s) of Mark of the Kindred) % missing Health → 80/105/130/155 + 70% bonus Attack Damage + target(8+0.5* stack(s) of Mark of the Kindred) % missing Health

BRAUM
We’re buffing Braum’s damage so he can protect his team better both in the early game, as well as in teamfights later on. Now when he shouts, “stand behind me!” You can trust he will stay there.

- Base Attack Damage: 54 → 58
- Base Mana: 300 → 380
Concussive Blows
- Time of stunning: 1~1.5s → 1.25~1.75s
Unbreakable
- Damage Reduction: 28/32/36/40% → 35/40/45/50%
- Bonus Movement Speed: 10% → 15%
GRAVES
Graves hasn’t been measuring up against other Junglers, especially when he falls behind in items. We’re tweaking some numbers around so he can keep up.
BASE STATS
- Base Attack Damage: 64 → 66
- Base Health: 570 → 630
JAYCE
Jayce hasn’t been as impactful in the later stages of the game like we hoped. These changes will improve his survivability so he can hammer through more teamfights.

- Base Health per level: 112 → 120
- Base Armor per level: 4.3 → 5
TO THE SKIES! / SHOCK BLAST
- Shock Blast Cooldown: 8s → 7.5s
KENNEN
His AOE damage has been through the roof lately. We’re adjusting the numbers to make sure he’s consistent with his opponents.
LIGHTNING RUSH
- Bonus Movement Speed: 110% → 100%
- Damage: 70/125/180/235 + 70% Ability Power → 60/110/160/210 + 70% Ability Power
SLICING MAELSTROM
- Damage per 0.5s: 30/60/90 + 15% Ability Power → 20/55/90 + 13% Ability Power
LEE SIN
Lee Sin is able to gain advantages early and deal massive amounts of damage to his enemies. These changes will give his opponents a chance to catch their breath.

- Base Health: 650 → 630
Dragon's Rage
- Damage: 100/300/500 + 200% bonus Attack Damage + 10/13/16% target’s maximum Health → 100/250/400 + 200% bonus Attack Damage + 10/13/16% target’s maximum Health
MORGANA
We’ve buffed Morgana’s ability to protect her teammates so she can shine both as a damage dealer and a support. We are also tweaking her damage to monsters so she’s more in-line with other Junglers.
TORMENTED SHADOW
- Damage to monsters: 225% → 195%
BLACK SHIELD
- Duration: 4s → 5s
NAUTILUS
Nautilus hasn’t been as tanky as he should be. These changes will let him soak up all the damage he needs to for his carries to shine.
TITAN'S WRATH
- Shield value: 55/65/75/85 + 11/12/13/14% maximum Health → 55/65/75/85 + 12/13/14/15% maximum Health
- Damage: 40/50/60/70 + 40% Ability Power → 50/60/70/80 + 40% Ability Power
SERAPHINE
Our blossoming popstar could use some more limelight. These changes will help her reach the stardom she deserves late games!
SURROUND SOUND
- Cooldown: 23/20/17/14s → 22/19/16/13s
- Bonus Movement Speed: full level 20% → 20/22.5/25/27.5%
- Shield: 60/80/100/120 + 40% Ability Power → 60/90/120/150 + 35% Ability Power
- Healing: 6.5% + 0.01% Ability Power→ 7.5% + 0.01% Ability Power
SYNDRA
We are toning down Syndra’s damage so she’s not overpowering the other mages in-game. She is still going to be a strong late game carry, but not unreasonable to deal with.
TRANSCENDENT
- Ability Power increases when gaining 120 Splinters of Wrath: 15% → 12%
FORCE OF WILL
- Cooldown: 11/10/9/8s → 12/11/10/9
- Damage: 60/105/150/195 + 55% Ability Power → 60/100/140/180 + 45% Ability Power
TALON
Our newest Noxian assassin has been clearing the Jungle real fast so we’re nerfing his damage to monsters. We’ve also noticed he’s pretty slow vaulting over walls which is subpar for an assassin of his caliber. Now he’ll be able to go through terrain more flexibly.
BLADE'S END
- Damage to monsters: 120% → 90%
ASSASSIN'S PATH
- Increase Talon’s speed of vaulting over terrains and turrets by 10%
VOLIBEAR
Who told him he can disable the Nexus?!
STORMBRINGER
- Disable no longer applies to enemy Nexus.
Wukong
The Monkey King is getting his highly anticipated rework this patch! Now he should be able to survive longer in teamfights, deal more damage, and have more room for outplays.
BASE STATS
- Base Health Regen: 9 → 12
CRUSHING BLOWS
- [Removed] Crushing Blow: Attacks apply marks on the target and deal bonus damage from each stack, maximum to 5 stacks.
- [New] Stone Skin: Wukong gains stacks of Stone Skin when he attacks enemy champions with base attacks and abilities. Each stack grants him 10 -18 armor and 1.5% max health regeneration every 5s, up to 3 stacks.
GOLDEN STAFF
- [Removed] Health Regen.
- [New] Passive: Golden Staff adds an empowering effect on Wukong’s base attacks every 12s. Takedowns will reduce Golden Staff’s passive Cooldown by 2s. The Cooldown of the passive will be reduced by 2s per level, and killing enemy champions will refresh the Cooldown.
- Damage of empowered base attack: 40/60/80/100 + 35/40/45/50% Attack Damage → 50/70/90/110 + 35/40/45/50% Attack Damage
WARRIOR TRICKSTER
- [New] Now the clone can move with the joystick control and can mimic (3) Nimbus Strike to dash.
NIMBUS STRIKE
- [Removed] Multiple dashes to the same target.
- Damage: 60/95/130/165 + 80% bonus Attack Damage → 80/120/160/200 + 80% bonus Attack Damage
CYCLONE
- Damage: 220% Attack Damage + 8/12/16% target maximum Health → 220% Attack Damage + 10/14/18% target maximum Health

YUUMI
Yuumi has been protecting her best friends a little too well. These changes will make sure she’s measuring up against her opponents and allows players to have more decision making power when it comes to her abilities.

GAMEPLAY CHANGES
We’ve noticed the length of some Doublecast games are dragging out too long. The pace of the game can get sluggish, especially in late-game. Meanwhile, the buffs from Baron Nashor and Elder Dragon are not strong enough to push a team to ending the game. We’re tweaking both to make sure players are gaining worthwhile advantages with these buffs.
