Hwei replaces abilities with utility buffs:

Fleeting Current – increases move speed.
Pool of Reflection – creates water shields.
Stirring Lights – restores mana and inflicts bonus damage.

SUBJECT: SERENITY

Hwei replaces abilities with crowd control powers:

Grim Visage – fears and slows.
Gaze of the Abyss – sends homing missile eye with True Sight.
Crushing Maw – draws in foes to damage and slow.

SUBJECT: TORMENT

Hwei captures enemy champions in an expanding field that slows and damages, exploding upon reaching maximum size, or the champion’s demise.
